There are 4 different options you can choose from (prices vary based on selection):
- Wreath Only - No Name, No Stats - This is wreath only, no personalization. Stuffed stuffed animal/Large Embellishment is included.
- Wreath w/Name Only - This is the wreath, stuffed animal, and name plaque. No Birth Stats. Vinyl lettering will be used for the baby name.
- Wreath w/Name/Stats (pre-birth) - This is the wreath, stuffed animal, name plaque, and 3 birth stat squares that allow the parents-to-be to fill in the information themselves. Vinyl lettering will be used for the baby name. Ideal for Pre-Birth gift.
- Wreath w/Name/Stats (post-birth) - This is the wreath, stuffed animal, name plaque, and 3 birth stat squares that will have the birth stats added. Vinyl lettering will be used for the baby name and birth stats. Ideal for Post-Birth Gift.
