Let's Collaborate
We'll review your request and discuss design possibilities, materials, pricing, and your desired timeline. Design consultation and communication may take up to one week, depending on the details of your request and response times.

Review & Confirm Your Design
Once we've agreed on the details, you'll receive a written Custom Design Confirmation outlining your creation, pricing, and estimated timeline. Please review this document carefully and confirm that everything is correct before we proceed.

Secure Your Order
After receiving your written confirmation, we'll send your invoice. Payment in full is required to confirm your order and begin purchasing materials and preparing your creation.

Your creation will be thoughtfully handcrafted according to the agreed design details. Production timelines vary depending on the type of creation, complexity, and materials required.

Ready for Its Special Moment
Once your creation is complete, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping or the agreed delivery arrangement.
Our Design Approach: Each creation is individually handcrafted, making it uniquely yours. We work closely with you during the consultation process to establish your preferred colors, theme, style, and personalization. Because handmade designs naturally vary, we do not provide digital mockups or exact visual proofs. Minor variations in materials, arrangement, and decorative details may occur while maintaining the agreed design direction. Any significant changes to the agreed design will be discussed with you.
Production Timelines: Custom creations require time for both design consultation and production. Consultation and communication may take up to one week. Production time varies by product type, design complexity, and material availability. Some creations, including wreaths, may require several weeks to complete. Your estimated timeline will be discussed and confirmed before payment. Shipping time is additional.
Payment & Cancellations: All custom orders require payment in full before production begins. Because materials are purchased specifically for your creation, custom orders are considered final sale once payment has been received. Cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are not accepted after payment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed design, please contact us so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
